 Gartner may limit their analysis to companies with deeper pockets and more aggressive marketing campaigns. However, we believe that DPIAComply would dramatically change Mr. Willemsen’s opinion if he would allow us to demonstrate our application and Proxy Servers using our AMI on Amazon’s Cloud.

Each CA customer, that had data exposed can sue for an $750 without proving damages, while the CA Attorney General can impose criminal CCPA fines 10 times larger. Sure a few will ask for their data not to be sold, & this task is fairly easy.
