CCPA entitles Citizens to claim $750 per breach without showing damages, and more if they incur damages. Starting July 1, 2020, the AG may initiate Criminal Suits of $7,500 per person per breach.

Some fortune companies plan to fight this in court using the argument that GDPR & CCPA is just not possible. However, our technology demonstrates it is possible with almost any volume of a company’s data assets.
