CCPA GDPR “Companies’ Anonymized’ Data May Violate GDPR, Privacy Regs. New study found demographic data could be used to identify individuals.” RLemos

CCPA/GDPR/Big Data  “Companies’ ‘Anonymized’ Data May Violate GDPR, Privacy Regs. New study found that any database containing 15 pieces of demographic data could be used to identify individuals.” (Robert Lemos, darkreading.com).  Kudos to you Robert Lemos (Lemos Associates LLC) for recognizing the issues and difficulties in what we call the forgotten Requirement.  BigDataRevealed, as far back as 2017, had the foresight to include solutions for these ‘Indirect Identifiers’ in our application. Easily the toughest GDPR requirement we have resolved next to the problem of keeping Companies Point of Sale applications functioning once data has been Encrypted.
