The attached video shows an automated  means to comply with California’s new stringent Consumer Privacy Act and as well as GDPR. CCPA fines may exceed GDPR’s because CCPA is enforceable by citizens and government. In our opinion without an app like this you will not reach full CCPA compliance in time.

With citizen’s involved in the enforcement effort, and the CCPA not requiring proof of damages for a successful suit, will plaintiffs have the advantage in the court room? Regulations such as GDPR and  CCPA have been widely publicized since 2016 and should be known by every company affected.
